These include being named HR Champion of the Year and CHRO of the Year in 2019, as well as being named in the Top 100 HR Tech Minds and Top 100 Global HR Leaders the year prior. And having worked across 26 countries, Sharon’s global and cultural awareness brings significant value and an unparalleled sense of awareness to her approach to diversity and inclusion.
Sharon holds an MSc Degree in Strategic HR Leadership from Sheffield Hallam University. She is also a certified executive leadership coach and a registered practitioner of many people development and psychometric analysis instruments.
