Delisting of Jeeves
Last Day of Trading on June 21, 2012
STOCKHOLM, June 4, 2012 - Jeeves Information Systems AB (publ) (“Jeeves”) announced that its Board of Directors has applied for delisting of Jeeves shares from NASDAQ OMX Stockholm, Small Cap. Jeeves has now been informed that the company’s application for delisting has been approved by NASDAQ OMX Stockholm and that the last day of trading in Jeeves shares on NASDAQ OMX Stockholm will be on 21 June 2012.
Due to this, Jeeves will not publish the company’s interim report for January-June 2012.
