Arndt Andresen assumed the role of Chief Delivery Officer (CDO) on October 1, 2021. In his role, Arndt will oversee all customer service delivery, including consulting services, ERP project and implementation services, managed services, education and training and product support. Arndt has spent his career overseeing the implementation of global IT projects, serving in leadership roles at a number of international IT service providers, including Cognizant, DHL Global Forwarding, and Tata Consultancy Services. Christoph Friedl has more than 26 years of international experience in the IT industry, beginning his career an independent consultant for SAP and later serving as the Vice President of Cloud Business Solutions at T-Systems International. Most recently, he served as Senior Director of sales for ERP & SCM at Oracle Germany.
