Release Emphasizes Improvements in Production and Logistics
Katowice Poland, June 20, 2018 - BPSC, the leading supplier of Polish-made ERP software for medium and large manufacturers, distributors, and service companies in Poland, today announced the release of Impuls EVO Version 1.3 after a year of research and development. The release promises significant improvements to the production management and optimization features with the system.
"We have introduced a new version to help our clients make better use of production capacity," said Sławomir Kuźniak, Director of Product Management for BPSC. He added: "ERP systems are more and more effectively used by enterprises to build a competitive advantage. Thanks to the ability to collect accurate data, while handling subsequent processes and analytical capabilities of ERP systems, companies can achieve significant savings. It is estimated that in the case of manufacturing enterprises, systems of this class contribute to the increase of production efficiency by 15-25%."
Impuls EVO Version 1.3 includes new functionalities for managing projects (ETO). The features introduced in this area allow for optimal handling of all elements that make up project design, as well as features that can be used to coordinate R&D processes.
"The new ETO functionality allows for the registered settlement of new products. It really is an interesting solution for those companies that bear the costs associated with research and development and want to accurately determine their size, for example, for tax purposes or related to EU projects," explained Sławomir Kuźniak.
In cooperation with a technology partner, Version 1.3 also delivers new capabilities production process automation. BPSC's customers can download data directly from machines and verify production costs at any time, which are presented in the form of visualization.
The new version also includes features dedicated to logistics, including new integrations with e-Map, 3D visualization for the high bay warehouse, and a mobile transportation application that allows the issuing and collection of products directly from the car.
"In this latest version, the quality of the overall solution will be the best it's even been," said Sławomir Kuźniak. He continued: "We have also not forgotten about changes in regulations from JPK through RODO to Split Payments. All legal and regulatory changes have been implemented in the standard system."
Representatives of BPSC also announced that work on the next version of the system is already underway. Impuls EVO 1.4. will be available in the fourth quarter of 2019.
