London, 20 August 2025
Forterro, a leading provider of industrial software solutions, today announced strong results for the first half of 2025, marking another milestone in its sustained growth trajectory and reinforcing its position among Europe's fastest-growing software companies.
For the first half of 2025, Forterro achieved:
- Cloud bookings growth of 40%
- Bookings growth of 17%
- Recurring revenue growth 16%
- EBITDA growth of 30%
The performance keeps Forterro on track to exceed its full-year targets.
The first half of the year saw Forterro complete the acquisition and integration of Orgadata, a market leader in fenestration software, and acquire TARGIT (closed July 8), a Denmark-based, AI-enabled, business intelligence and analytics software provider serving more than 1,000 SME customers across Europe and North America. These moves have expanded Forterro’s product capabilities, strengthened its analytics portfolio and increased its base of high-quality recurring revenue.
In addition, Forterro announced a long-term strategic partnership with Amazon Web Services (AWS) to deliver its cloud solutions on AWS, enabling customers to rapidly deploy Forterro products while benefiting from the reliability, security and scalability of AWS infrastructure.
Cloud solution uptake accelerated across Germany, France and the UK reflecting strong demand for modernisation. Operational efficiency gains, driven by AI and company-wide enterprise IT implementations contributed to the strong EBITDA performance. Customer retention remained strong at 93%, with Net Revenue Retention of 113%, and employee retention of 85%
Dean Forbes, CEO, Forterro commented: “Our half-year results continue to prove that our strategy is delivering real value for our customers and employees. By accelerating the shift to the cloud, broadening our solutions through acquisitions, embedding AI capabilities across our platforms, and forging partnerships with global leaders like Amazon Web Services, we are enabling industrial businesses to modernise and thrive.
“In continuing economically challenging times, this progress is a direct result of our team’s hard work and dedication to serving the manufacturing mid-market. Without the commitment and diligence of our people, none of this would be possible.”
These results continue a transformative three-year journey for Forterro, characterised by consistent double-digit growth in recurring revenue – enabled by a bold strategic shift to the cloud, targeted M&A, and the integration of AI across operations. These initiatives have accelerated innovation and efficiency, cementing Forterro’s position among the fastest-growing European software firms.
