Forterro appoints Alice Taylor as Chief of Staff as it continues to accelerate European growth and digital transformation

London, UK, 14 October 2025

European software provider Forterro has appointed Alice Taylor as its new Chief of Staff, strengthening the company’s leadership team as it continues to scale rapidly and expand its cloud transformation and AI strategy.

Taylor has extensive experience in cloud, AI and digital transformation, advising companies on growth and modernisation strategies. She joins from PwC, where she led a joint go-to-market initiative with Amazon Web Services (AWS), combining strategic partnership development with commercial execution.

In her new role, Taylor will work closely with Forterro CEO Dean Forbes and the board to align priorities, streamline decision making and translate strategy into action across Forterro’s expanding European footprint.

“The clarity of purpose and pace of change at Forterro were immediately compelling to me,” said Alice Taylor, Chief of Staff, Forterro. “It’s a company with a bold growth strategy and a leadership team deeply committed to executing on that. I’m excited to help build momentum, embed routines that drive accountability, and contribute to Forterro’s story at such a critical phase of its growth. There’s a huge opportunity for the industrial midmarket to embrace AI, and I want to ensure our strategy puts Forterro at the forefront of that shift.”

Taylor began her career at PwC when she qualified as a Chartered Accountant, later transitioning to focus on tech strategy. Earlier in her career, she also worked at AWS in customer engagement and cloud solutions.

As Chief of Staff, Taylor will enable the CEO and leadership team to operate with maximum focus and impact, while also bringing her expertise in digital transformation to support Forterro’s broader ambitions.

Dean Forbes, CEO, Forterro, said: “Alice combines strategic insight with operational discipline, and she has a rare ability to support leaders in high-pressure, fast-moving environments. Her background in cloud and digital transformation at both PwC and AWS will help us sharpen our execution and deliver even greater impact for our industrial midmarket customers.”

Taylor’s appointment reinforces Forterro’s commitment to scaling its business and helping thousands of industrial midmarket companies modernise their ERP systems for the digital era.
