MyForterro.ai Launch

Presentation transcript and customer use case walkthrough.
1. Introduction & Platform Vision

00:00:11 - 00:01:20

🔊 Dean Forbes

Today, I'm proud to announce the launch of MyForterro.ai ...

MyForterro.ai is the platform that enables amazing new AI capabilities across Forterro products in a practical, safe and reliable way.

Businesses can unlock AI-powered capabilities designed for real operational impact, from reducing administrative effort and improving decision-making, to margin optimisation and supply chain planning. The platform is built on decades of industrial software expertise, extensive customer input and rigorous testing.

MyForterro.ai is a platform layer. It accelerates and amplifies the value we deliver through every Forterro product.

It extends beyond AI, and many customers already use it today for e-invoicing, business intelligence, AI-driven machine management and AI-driven expense management.

To explain more about how this will deliver impact for our customers and the key role that customers have played in shaping the platform, I'll hand over to Marcus Pannier, our President of Strategy.

2. Customer Outcomes & Business Impact

🔊 Marcus Pannier

Thank you, Dean, for the introduction.

So today, we are launching MyForterro.ai ...

More than 15,000 users are engaged, and the platform has supported over three million transactions in recent months.

Behind those figures are specific customer outcomes.

One of my favourite examples is Larbaletier, a French furniture designer and manufacturer, founded in the same year I was born.

Over time, they have successfully adapted to evolving customer needs. They are able to deliver standard, made-to-order and custom-made furniture.

Larbaletier has worked with Forterro for eight years. And what do you think has impressed them the most now? The practicality and simplicity of the new AI-powered automated order import capability, as it reduces manual data entry and the risk of errors.

It will free up capacity in sales and administration. This will support growth and enable employees to handle twice the current turnover, increasing from one million to two million Euros per head.

We'll happily continue to work directly with businesses to identify the opportunities that matter most, prove the outcomes and scale the capabilities that deliver value.

Let me now hand over to Fred, our Chief Technology Officer, to explain how MyForterro.ai really works.

3. How MyForterro.ai Works

00:02:51 - 00:08:50

🔊 Fred Stark

Thanks, Marcus. Here is how it works.

The customer's Forterro product, cloud or on-premise, connects to the platform. This connection unlocks AI capabilities in their environment.

The models run on our controlled infrastructure.

They work with customer-owned data. And the actions go through their existing processes, their business rules and their permissions.

Nothing changes in how their system operates. MyForterro.ai extends it with agentic workflows. It doesn't replace anything.

And there's always a human in the loop.

These agents don't just surface data. They drive real actions inside operational workflows.

And verticalisation is where we have the edge.

We know how a specific agent should work in a specific industry.

Answering a quote in distribution is about stock availability.

In manufacturing, it's about production capacity.

In window and door fabrication, it's about very specific configuration rules.

Same process, completely different agentic logic.

Out of the hundreds of use cases available on the platform, I've picked three typical situations.

Agentic AI in Action

A customer sends you an email asking for a quote. They need three articles.

Normally, that means finding parts, checking prices, stock and delivery.

You give the email straight to your agent and ask it to prepare the quote.

The agent reads the request and recognises two of the three articles. The third one is ambiguous. Several items could match. So instead of guessing, it stops and asks you to confirm.

You pick the right item for the third line.

The agent looks up the pricing and stock for all three lines. It comes back with customer-specific prices and flags the problem. Not all the lines are fully available.

It asks you, "How do you want to proceed?"

You tell it, "Serve my customer as fast as possible."

The agent works out the earliest delivery it can achieve, combining what's in stock with manufacturing lead times. It proposes a quote with prices and dates.

And because that third line is partially in stock, it splits the line into "ship what is available now" and the rest "when it's manufactured."

The customer gets part of the order immediately.

You review it, validate it, and the agent creates the quote in your ERP and sends it to the customer.

Here is another example.

One of your customers received a delivery this morning, and part of it is damaged. They took a picture and sent it over.

You drop that photo into your MyForterro.ai agent. No form, no reference to look up, just the photo and a request to deal with the delivery issue.

The agent recognises that the packaging is damaged. In the same photo, it reads the barcode, identifies the delivery note and the item that was shipped. From one photo, it knows what it is and what's wrong with it.

Using what it extracted, the agent connects to the ERP, finds the matching record and brings it back.

Before it commits anything to the ERP, the agent stops and asks you to validate it.

That is deliberate.

The agent does the heavy lifting, but the person decides.

You confirm, and it's done. The non-conformity report is created in the ERP.

A process that normally means chasing the delivery note, finding the customer, opening the right screen and keying in a report is handled in seconds from a single photo.

The agent did the work; you kept the judgement.

Let's see one last example.

You're on the phone, and the customer needs parts urgently. You don't want to put them on hold while you flick through screens. So you use MyForterro.ai to work through it live.

The customer needs two parts.

You describe them to the agent using the customer's wording and just ask about availability.

The agent finds both articles in the system and, for each one, shows how many are in stock and when more could be available. In seconds, you know what you can offer.

One of the two items isn't available. This is an important customer. So you ask the agent to change the production priority to pull that item forward.

The agent acts on your behalf and with your permission. Changing production priority isn't something your role allows. So the agent doesn't do it and doesn't pretend it did it.

It tells you plainly that this needs the production manager.

And when the agent hits a boundary, it's designed to stop and say so, not guess and invent an answer.

Rather than promising something you can't guarantee, you offer what is feasible.

Deliver what's in stock now and the rest as soon as possible.

The agent builds the order, you check it, accept the order, and it's generated.

Throughout the whole call, you stay focused on your customer, on the relationship, while the agent gives you the information and proposals you need immediately.

Three use cases out of hundreds available on the platform.

Now, let's hand back to Dean to close and explain what this launch means for our long-term commitment to the industrial businesses we serve.
