Thanks to the level of integration between our ERP system and CAD/PDM, we have saved up to 50% of our designers' time. We have dramatically reduced the time between designing a device and implementing it into production. It used to take about a month; today it takes one or two days. Everything related to our production is automated in Silog ERP, which has become an essential tool. The system is scalable, well thought out, and aligns to our business needs. Its configuration capabilities guarantee us flexibility and autonomy.

Our production line is fully digital—from the customer order to the finished product—including the management of our tool store. We have chosen to place the Helios ERP at the center of this digital process. It is the central element of our production universe and our digital tools, and all systems communicate with one another: our ERP, our CAD / CAM software, our CMMS, and our statistical process control and simulation solution. This automation has allowed us to reduce our manufacturing cycles from 6 months to 1.5 months!

ProConcept ERP is an open, flexible tool with a powerful technical base, so we have been able to develop our own interfaces and integrate with other internal point solutions. As a result, it aligns perfectly with our needs. I have been working directly with the ProConcept team for almost 10 years now. The stability of our relationship, combined with the solid skills of the employees, allows us to face the future with confidence.
