Forterro’s Chief Executive Named Tech CEO of the Year in UK Tech Awards
Dean Forbes recognised as he leads Forterro towards new growth, innovation and value for customers, investors and employees
London, November 4th, 2022: Forterro, a European provider of software solutions to more than 11,000 small and midsized industrial companies, is delighted to reveal that its CEO, Dean Forbes won the accolade ‘Tech CEO of The Year’ at the UK tech awards held on November 2nd in London.
Sponsored by PWC and produced in association with Silicon Valley Bank, the UK tech awards celebrates success, rewards achievement and raises the profile of the UK tech community.

Dean won the award by impressing the judges with his clear passion for the tech industry, being determined and motivated with a strong vision and flair. He was considered to be an inspirational role model. Judges saw Dean as a vital ingredient helping Forterro’s success, inspiring everyone around him and a prominent figure in the IT industry.

In recent weeks, Dean was also the recipient of the best in business Boabab award for leadership. He was also named in the J.P.Morgan sponsored Powerlist as the 2nd most influential Black person in the UK.
