SOLVAXIS ANNOUNCES 2015 RESULTS AND PLANS FOR 2016

Sonceboz, March 30, 2016—SolvAxis, supplier of the leading Swiss-made ERP solution, today announced the acceptance of ProConcept ERP Version 11.1 within its customer base, as well as rollout plans for its upcoming Version 11.2 and new product packaging.

Customer Adoption of ProConcept ERP Version 11.1

Version 11.1 of ProConcept ERP is now being used by nearly 25 percent of the SolvAxis customer base, and General Manager Patrik Hug expects to migrate another 70 percent by the end of 2016. “Version 11.1 has been well accepted by the market and remains extremely stable,” said Hug. “The version’s browser-based web client, in addition to number of customer-driven adaptations and innovations, have contributed to the successful migration rate,” he added.

Hug noted that all of SolvAxis’ services engagements (including migrations, implementations, and other types of projects) are rated by customers and, for 2015, the company received an average rating of 5.3 out of 6. SolvAxis also tracks product support satisfaction, and received an average customer rating of 3.6 out of 4 for the year. “Our customer service and support teams have performed at this high level for many years,” said Hug.

Building on Success of 2015 With New Packaging

In addition to the successful adoption of Version 11.1, SolvAxis acquired many new customers in its key sectors of manufacturing, distribution and services in 2015. "The strategic adjustments we made in 2014 generated strong results in 2015," said Hug. Hug added that he expects to see increases in both sales and profitability heading into 2016.

As part of an effort to clarify its offering to the market, SolvAxis made some significant adjustments to its product packaging in January. In addition to blending some optional modules back into the core product to add more value for customers, the company is also working on the rollout of four distinct product lines:

• ProConcept ERP BackOffice (for finance, payroll, HR, and business management)
• ProConcept ERP Production (for discrete manufacturers)
• Proconcept ERP Projects (for project-based manufacturers)
• ProConcept ERP Institutions (for Swiss-French foundations, centers, and schools servicing people with physical or mental disabilities, drug and alcohol addictions, or other healthcare needs)

"We provide solutions to companies active in the fields of mass-, unit-, project-based production; the watch industry; and medical technology. For service providers, municipalities and public authorities, we offer a specialized solution in back office processes,” said Hug. “The new product lines will both strengthen and clarify our message to these industries.”

ProConcept ERP Version 11.2 and Cloud Version Ahead

In addition to new packaging, SolvAxis is also working on its next release, Version 11.2, as well as the delivery of its flagship solution in the cloud. In 2016, existing customers will be able to access their ProConcept ERP software as a service. More details will be available in the second half of 2016.

Rollout of New Solutions in the Fall

SolvAxis’ cloud service offering, Version 11.2, and new product lines will be discussed with customers at the company’s annual User Day. The event is held twice: in Western Switzerland on 17/11/2016 at the Stade de Suisse in Bern, and in German Switzerland on 10/11/2016 at the Radisson Blu in Zurich.

"Despite all of our exciting plans, 2016 will still be a challenge,” Hug said. “The euro is still too low against the Swiss franc, and businesses in our target market are facing various obstacles of their own. Nevertheless, I remain very optimistic as we build on our success over the past two years and tackle our 2016 initiatives.”
