Chief of Staff

Alice Taylor joined Forterro in July 2025 to drive forward our unification and transformation initiatives. She works closely with CEO Dean Forbes and the board to align priorities, streamline decision making, and translate strategy into action across our expanding European footprint.

Bio

Alice has extensive experience in cloud, AI and digital transformation, advising companies on growth and modernisation strategies. She joined Forterro from PwC, where she led a joint go-to-market initiative with Amazon Web Services (AWS), combining strategic partnership development with commercial execution.

Alice began her career at PwC when she qualified as a Chartered Accountant, later transitioning to focus on tech strategy. Earlier in her career, she also worked at AWS in customer engagement and cloud solutions.

As Chief of Staff, Alice enables the CEO and leadership team to operate with maximum focus and impact, while also bringing her expertise in digital transformation to support Forterro’s broader ambitions.
