Following a highly productive period at The Access Group, Steve comes to Forterro having achieved successful outcomes on both annual bookings and recurring revenue for one of Access' larger divisions and major contributor to its rapid acceleration through investment cycles. The results were achieved through a healthy balance of organic growth and impactful M&A activity.
Steve’s route into The Access Group was the acquisition of CoreHR, where he was Chief Revenue Officer. The notable achievement in his tenure was transforming an on-premise customer base to cloud, as well as his pivotal role in the sale of the business as a member of the senior leadership team. Prior to CoreHR, Steve operated in several sales and commercial roles, including heading one of Oracle’s leading cloud application portfolios, also taking its customer base through a transformation from on-premise to cloud.
Steve is a Chartered Engineer, having spent his earlier career in global roles in the manufacturing, oil, gas and utilities sectors.
