 Esther joined Forterro in August 2024 and, alongside Stephan Amling, co-leads our global Services organisation. She is focused on transforming Services into a more predictable, industrialised and profitable operation – one that consistently delivers a best-in-class experience for our customers.  

Bio

Esther brings over 25 years of experience in consulting and the software industry, having held leadership roles at Deloitte, SAP, Infor and Adobe. She began her career as a logistics consultant, delivering ERP projects in France and internationally, before moving into senior management roles overseeing business consulting, delivery and operations at SAP France, and later at Infor and Adobe across EMEA.

After 15 years deeply immersed in the ERP industry, Esther transitioned into the SaaS space as Sales Director for Strategic Accounts at Adobe, where she focused on driving growth and transformation initiatives. Across her career, she has built a strong track record of growing and transforming software organisations to better serve customers and achieve sustainable success.
