He is passionate about people, as well as customer success within product-centric or asset-driven industries. He strongly believes in the power of integration, setting the right focus and driving scalability. Before joining Forterro, Marcus was the Managing Director for IFS (DACH Region). Prior to that he has held numerous leadership roles at both larger software companies such as IBM and SAP, as well as smaller start-up businesses including Heiler Software AG and Informatica.
