Leading the Forterro Northern Europe region, Steve Fearon is responsible for operations and activities focused on our Jeeves, OrderWise, 123insight and Fortee products. These serve more than 2,000 small and mid-sized businesses across the Nordics, Benelux, UK and Ireland.
Bio
Steve joined Forterro having held various senior roles in Oracle and Capita. He spent 28 years at Oracle, where latterly he led their Applications for Mid Size Enterprises business in Europe. At Capita, he ran two software business divisions focused on the healthcare sector.
He is a strong believer that organisations in the industrial mid-market are the lifeblood of our economy and communities. The current trend of the return of local manufacturing and supply chains is helping fuel their growth. The ‘consumerisation of IT’ is enabling these companies to respond to such trends faster, and at an affordable cost of ownership to facilitate top-line growth and expansion. Digital transformation is at the heart of this enablement, but has to be done with demonstrable and short-term ROI.
Steve is a graduate from Queen’s University, Belfast – and holds executive education from IESE in Barcelona, Ross School of Business in Michigan and London Business School.
