In his role as CSO, Martin Zitz assumes overall responsibility for all Services at Forterro, which includes Professional Services, Education, Support and Service Partner strategies. His team is focused on enhancing the customer experience and time-to-value for thousands of manufacturing and distribution companies around the world. He is also charged with developing a go-to-market framework for cloud-based and managed services offerings that will add tangible value for the customers using Forterro’s industrial software products.
Bio
Martin brings more than 25 years of consulting, operations and M&A experience to Forterro, having served in leadership roles at various companies, including Documentum, EMC, Parallels, Ingram Micro and, most recently, PTC. In all previous positions, he has had an immediate and measurable impact – each time growing profit, margin and headcount. With his extensive M&A experience, Martin also has deep familiarity with how to successfully integrate the people and processes of disparate businesses for the greater benefit of customers.
Martin received his master’s degree with honours from the University of Klagenfurt, in collaboration with the University of Ljubljana.
